Refund policy

At Melite & Co, our goal is to insure that our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise purchased. Most sales are final. We look at returns on case by case basis, If your order is received damage or unusable, or you have any issue with your order please contact customer service at melitaandcompany@gmail.com or call us at 707-528-0174.  We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.

In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, with original packaging and accessories. 

In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges. Our goal is to assure your satisfaction.
